My interest in the financial world started to blossom in High School. However, my parents tell me I use to watch financial programs before the age of 5. So, I guess I was born with the Financial bug. In high school I was accepted into their Finance Academy, which I attended for 4 years. In addition to graduating high school, I accumulated a substantial amount of financial knowledge few people experience at such a young age. During which time, I won the State of Florida Stock Market Contest and I also finished in the top 100 in the CNBC stock market contest which had over 1 million participants throughout the country (including some of Wall Street’s elites) with a take home prize of $1 million. These achievements allowed me to be invited to many shows and events with top people in their fields of business from around the world.
From listening to the top executives from around the world at these events and shows, one thing that seemed to ring true to my heart was to always put the client’s needs ahead of my own. All of this was a steppingstone which I believe molded me with the correct thinking, habits, and vision for continuing success in the future. As a result, I achieved a scholarship to go to FAU to further advance my business studies, leading me eventually into the private world of business. I Initially was taken under the wing of a highly successful veteran in the merchant processing industry who has the same philosophy as myself, the client comes first. Proving myself in a relatively short period of time. Our synergies allowed us to create a partnership and a like vision for the future in the merchant processing industry.
We both believe in not being married to any particular one company. Quite the contrary we are able to offer our clients many options which allows us to obtain for them exactly what’s needed and best for them at the moment. I as one of the principles of First Card Payments over the years have accumulated over 30 different partnerships with Banks and ISOs as well as partnerships with all the different platforms, gateways, and other companies that are a natural tie in to the merchant processing industry. I have developed personal and meaningful relationships with quite a few CEOs, Presidents, and top executives in the merchant processing industry.
Today we service businesses of all sizes from mom and pops to INC 5000 Corporations.
